Thank you so much for the Birthday  wishes folks, so kind of you.
Exciting morning cleaning out the little pond ,it was getting green again .
Then hairdressers for a light perm ,I couldn’t do anything with it !
So some “ body “ and lift now. I look at least five minutes younger.
Trying to get sorted fir our visit to my daughter in Suffolk, gosh it is hard to pack with  someone else in the house who keeps undoing things I have done!
Plus no big surfaces to put out your things ,I need a spare bed!

House transactions next door just waiting for land searches I think but they can take time .

Gorgeous day ,sunny but a very cooling breeze.
Plants drying out quickly.

Got a Bay tree and  a good big parsley plant from son here, other son some new storage canisters as I feel ready for a change from the red things I had first,so Stainless steel ,need a slimline kettle and biscuit tin .
Will get whatever they have organised from grandchildren and daughter .
She phoned as did they this morning .
Her lovely husband has just phoned to say Happy Birthday and has assured me he is OK after the motorcycle accident in France!

Hope all are well, and again many thanks for your kind wishes.
Am having some problems ,often my password is not accepted despite me doing the same every time .
I am usually logged in and no need to do anything.
It will be me!
Cheerio. And thanks again.
Viktoria.

Happy Birthday Viktoria!  I hope you are having a wonderful day.  Sounds like you are.  🎂🎁🎉

I had the appointment with Nurse today re bp and got some good news; she says this has come down loads and she says I am no longer in the at risk level for having a stroke. :)
She says I don't need to be checked again by them until my birthday in November.  I did have questions but she says there is someone else for that who can answer questions and also give health tips and advice so she has made me another appointment for this in June.
Thanks for your advice about getting a machine to home test Jebber.  However, unfortunately, I am the type who wouldn't feel that it was a treat to have one.  Church friend had offered me her spare one for free but I didn't want it.  I couldn't wait to take the one back to the surgery when I had it on a week loan.  I am trying to drink more fluids though and I have decided to cut back on caffeine as in cups of tea.

I think there was a trainee driver on the way there today.  I think he had a mentor but I am not sure as the latter didn't say anything, seated up at the front.  The driver was 20 minutes late.  It was a little bit of rocky ride and we slightly mounted a few kerbs including on a roundabout.  An emergency stop almost when driver seem to realise at last minute that there was someone waiting at one stop.  Then another fast pull up when a stop was passed and driver belatedly realised passengers wanted to get off.  Then he shut the doors on the last passenger when she was mid-way alighting.  But no one was killed so I daresay he'll do.  ;)

Thankfully, re the seagulls - they are behaving themselves so far. :)

Really good news RTL, try to relax now and you are doing things that will help
so it should be O.K now.
Salt us a culprit in High Blood Pressure too.

My good friend in Wales has not been in touch, unusual, if I phoned I would hope she did not think I was reminding her.

Flash Harry phoned too, I can’t believe he will be in the juniors in September.
Kyra was plying up did not want to go to bed.
I never had any trouble with bedtimes ,they were bathed and in bed with a story read to them ,and that was it.
I kissed them night night and walked out .
No getting out of bed etc.
However no toys in the bedroom ,it was so cold in our first home for children to play upstairs , nicer on the hearth rug with a big fire guard in place.

Oh happy days .
Cheerio folks ,thanks again.
Viktoria.

I never had much problem with my daughter, I remember she went straight to sleep but when she got a bed she got up twice, I just took her back to bed , no talking, did the same  routine and said goodnight and came away, worked  like a dream, she slept all night
My grandaughter took a little time to get to sleep but I don't think she  got out of bed., it does pay off to keep to a routine and not give up.
My nephew never went to his bedroom as a tiny baby till  his mum and dad went to bed, so when he got old enough go to bed at a normal childs time he wasn't happy and played up.
Happy days  !!

I'm surprised your blood pressure wasn't sky high after that bus journey, it sounds like something out of The Wacky Races!  Pleased to hear you had a good result despite the hair raising experience.  ;D
