Help!
« on: Wednesday 24 May 23 18:19 BST (UK) »
Hi Folks,

I am using a 4-year old Lenovo laptop, it works fine and I've never had any problems with it.
At the time of purchase, I also bought a Touro portable storage unit, which I've used successfully over the past 4 years. However, I tried to access it today and, although the laptop recognises it and can even tell me how much storage space is left on it, I cannot open it. There's no icon or any other indication of how to get into it.  Any ideas?

How are you seeing how much space is on it? As a drive in file manager?
