Chancery case note

Can anyone help with deciphering this note please. It is on the reverse of an instruction to obtain a deposition, possibly the full answer of the defendant. I have converted it to grayscale, as it appears slightly clearer than the original image.

Could it read Executrix of this commision?

I'm seeing it as:

The Execution of
this Commission
appears in certain
Schedules hereunto
annexed

May be Execution: "The Execution of this Commission appears to contain Schedules here-unto annexed".

That would make sense, because the defendant's answer, taken under oath, includes a separate folio summarising various deeds that he claimed were pertinent to his defence.
