Can anyone help with a name I’m trying to find information on

James Christopher born 1515 in Cornwall. He had one son in 1540 called Gilbert also born in Cornwall.

James died in 1585 he was 70

If anyone can find. Here is lived, work, places, jobs, weddings any war records if possible to find and if he had a extended family

According to FreeReg a James Christopher was buried at St Maddern's church, Madron, Cornwall in 1585. It is noted he was the son of John Christopher - which implies he was a child.
No record there of a 70 year-old.
