Can anyone decipher these remarks? For my great great uncle Henry WATSON b. 19 Dec 1880 who served in RNR

Hard to make out all the details, but the entries seem to relate to pay and allowances along with the authorities for the payments. The references to "Satellite" are to 'HMS Satellite (1881) was a Satellite-class composite screw corvette launched in 1881. She was used as a drill ship for the Royal Naval Reserve from 1904 and was sold in 1947' (source Wikipedia.
