Looks like we have the correct family.

The children’s births give the mother as Dorcus Dean, but the older son Sam aged 23 in 1901 was born in Londonderry.
There is this birth in 1874 of Samuel Wilkinson
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1874/03161/2159586.pdf
To John Wilkinson and Bridget Deean
I wonder could this be Dorcus.
There is a marriage in 1871 with decent hand writing where her name is Deeny
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1871/11352/8167391.pdf

Needs more checking and it’s too late for me just now.

I haven't found anything to prove or disprove my theory on Dorcus being Bridget.
Left them for the moment to look at Caroline.

Her father on the marriage was James Noble a Miller.

1911 http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Tyrone/Bernagh/Tempanroe/867047/

if the census still isn't working for you try this http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/ and search yourself.

James Nobel died 1909

Caroline was born 1887
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1887/02553/1944498.pdf
mother Anne Glass.
James and Anne married 1873
