researching Albert Benson b. 12-12-1912 Manchester need 1st wifes name Please

I have Albert Benson born 12 December 1912 in the 1939 England and Wales register on Ancestry

He is male and Married ...resident date 1939.. 96 Manchester Lancashire England and his occupation is Passenger Liftman

Line 12, schedule No 100, sub Schedule No 3, Enumeration District Nkic, borough Manchester, Registration district 466-3

There also is a Thomas Turner same name as Alberts dads wife's father same address

Our interest in Albert Benson born 12 Dec 1912 is that he immigrated to Australia 1951 with Margaret Parsons and son David age 3.....however

This 1939 England and Wales register shows he was married before 1939...so somewhere abt 1930-39 he was married to whom???

There are many Albert Bensons that married near this time but dont quite fit either birth date or his father

Any help to find Alberts 1st wifes name Please, roughly around 1930-1939 would indeed be a prize

2nd? marriage .. If he was married previously it should be noted on his 2nd marriage cert.

You definitely have the correct Albert Benson on the 1939 reg? If so maybe they were living defacto ??

Could this be the first marriage?

There appears to be three children born from that marriage.

The 1936 marriage was at St Matthews Ardwick but no details found online

There appears to be 4 Benson/Hulme births 1936-1946 which would make a 1945 marriage questionable unless there was a divorce

The 1936 birth married in 1958 Manchester and again in 1980.  She died in 2008 in Lytham St Annes

The 1939 register has her entry with both married names but unfortunately no other info that would help

The address on the passenger list was 138 Gillespie Rd London N5 and his occ was printer - not passenger liftman

There is no obvious birth reg for the son. 

She is not the Margaret Parsons b 1908 on the 1939 register as she died in Lancs in 1993

A couple of things...Albert must have moved to London after the 1st marriage picking up with Parsons and immigrating 1951 on the ship "New Australia"
Because Albert was born 12-12-12 he was registered Jan 1913 just to add to confusion..
With the Albert Benson, Hulme marriage of July 1936, I gave that away when noticed he was born 1908

I was hoping someone could see an error in my tree, Im pretty sure its correct..
another one.. Albert Benson marrys Alice Webster 30 July 1932 spinster St Peter Everton, sadly it reports that Alberts father was Albert
I have not seen a middle name for our Albert, even though his dad does James Travis and brother Thomas Wright Benson b. 1911-1986 Tameside greater Manchester
