Twister in of Cotton Warps - http://doot.spub.co.uk/code.php?value=368

Piecer of Cotton Twist - http://doot.spub.co.uk/code.php?value=365

There are a few other listings for Piecer, though they seem very similar - see alphabetical index there for details.
