Hello there, I'm hoping you can help me.

I'm looking to find the connection between Norah Emily Ellis born in Hitchin Herts, married to Cecil Burges at  St Mary's Church, hitchin and CFE

Is this anyone can help on, I've come to a stale mate.

Norah Emily Ellis b 1903 - Hitchin, Hertfordshire had a brother Frank William Ellis b 1904 - Hitchin, Hertfordshire. He married Elsie Emma OSMOTHERLY Sept 1931 Hertford, Hertfordshire.

I am doing my family tree and couldn't find anything on him. It only dawned on me when I saw his date of birth.
