perfect Remembrance praysed be almighty god do ordayne, and make this my last will and
Testament in manner and forme following. Ffyrst I commende my soule to almighty god praying
that by his death and passion the same shal{l} be saved, and my bodye to be buried in the parish church

Son Thomas's bequests - the first word could be 'counter' instead of 'connter' as you have put.
'u's and 'n's are virtually identical.
The last bequest for him as a 'chist', (chest), not a 'shift' as you have have put.

I think she is 'Elizabeth Cosinge', not Elizabeth Cosmye.
