Deciphering Death Certificate

Joseph Goadby, shoe rivetter, died on the 10 September 1877 at 2 Denmark Street, Leicester, but what did he die of and who was the informant?

I thought the informant’s surname might be Hassell rather than Hessell?

I wonder what cerebral disease includes?  I was expecting him to have died of TB like everyone else as he was so young.

I'll see if I can find Maria on a census now.
