Searching to know what cemetery my Great Uncle Reuben Andrews was laid to rest.

Would appreciate to know what cemetery he was laid to rest in. Not sure if he was buried in the Naval Cemetery in East Stonehouse, Devon or close to the Naval Hospital. I did enquirer at St. Mary's in Lowerswell, Gloucestershire, England where his parents & other family is laid to rest their but the Church said he wasn't listed on any burial records.
Please & Thank you for your time and any help would be a blessing.
