Maybe Begluci??? There is small hamlet - mid to southern Croatia, on the border of Bosnia Herzegovina.
That looks like a possibility. Don't forget the person writing the names would probably have been totally unfamiliar with these places in far-away countries.
The versions on the left side (where NON IMMIGRANT ALIEN can be seen) all look like
Begliuci to me. The versions on the right, however (which are in the same hand), look more like
Begliuic.
After a bit of googling,
Begluci seems like the closest possibility...
