1639 Wanstrow illegible

Wanstrow 1639 (via ancestry), the birth of George Young: I'd be grateful if you could decipher the rest. I reckon he is a base born son of Jone [i.e. Joan these days] Young, but ancestry's transcription says Jone was the father and doesn't mention 'base born'. You might also be able to tell me what the last 'word' is, which I suspect is the date of the christening.
