son John would appear to be in St Pinnock on census entries

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:SGKF-PBC

Abode on 1882 burial is Herodsfoot
https://www.cornwall-opc-database.org/search-database/more-info/?t=burials&id=830590

The parish of Herodsfoot was created in 1851 from parts of Duloe, Lanreath & St Pinnock
https://www.genuki.org.uk/big/eng/CON/Herodsfoot

So if that is the correct family that moved to Duloe, Peter's baptism would be earlier. There's a 1773 baptism in Lezant but also a burial of a Peter the next year. The person recording burials doesn't seem to note if it is a burial of a child.
