I have just been scrutinising the signatures of Frederick Collett at Elizabeth's marriage and Elizabeth's as a witness at Frederick's marriage. I would say they are one and the same! Still cannot find a connection between the two though. Thanks again for information.

How about Silvedon daughter of Elizabeth Collett bap 27 December 1808. Tewkesbury

Did she take her mother's name as an adult, it really is an odd name ?

Is Elizabeth related to the other Collett's in Tewkesbury

That IS a very unusual name! Still unsure until I find more definite proof about Elizabeth. Thank you.

I've been looking at PCC wills for the Collett family, so far I haven't found a connection.

Are there any wills in the local archives for the Collett family that might help or property transfers/deeds etc.

I haven't found any. They were not a wealthy family. Elizabeth's husband was an agricultural labourer as were many of them at that time in the Cotswold villages.
