Tracing the mother of my Great Grandmother

I've recently joined the forum. I'm trying to trace the mother of my great grandmother. I only know a few things about her.

Her name was Edith Ellen Henson, she was born in Nottinghamshire (1884 approx.), for some reason she moved to Argentina (I don't know exactly when, but surely It was before 1910), and married a British man who worked on the railway, his name was Mr. Henry Theirs, in 1910. Their first son was baptised  in 1911, at St. Andrew's Scots Presbyterian Church, Buenos Aires.

I don't know anything else about her, except I think she appears on the 1891 Census, when she lived with her mother (Ellen Henson) in Nottingham. That census mentions some of her brothers, but I've already tried to know more about them, and I didn't find anything.
Something I think is weird: The name of the father of Edith Ellen, isn't mentioned on this census. There's a woman mentioned on the census too, like a "visitor",  called Fanny Buckler, and some of the sons of Ellen Henson had both surnames, "Buckler Henson". I don't understand how these families were related.

Edith Ellen is the daughter of Edward Henson and Ellen Henson nee Buckler.
I would assume she wanted her family name to live on and used Buckler as a middle name.
Fanny Buckler could be her sister, but I haven't checked.

Ellen's father is John, a tailor

One witness is Frances Henson

leads me to this 1881 entry

I can't see Edith and her family on 1891 Found them - Ancestry have made a bit of a mess

Fanny Buckler is Ellen's sister. The visior in 1891 was b Nuneaton and is blind. in 1881  Ellen Buckler is at home with her parents John (a tailor) and Mary. She has a 31 yr old sister Fanny b Nuneaton, who is blind

1901 and 1911 Fanny Buckler's living alone. I can;t see any Hensons so wonder if the family emigrated before 1901? Edith marrying a railway man when her father had been a railway worker makes me wonder if he went to work on the railways there?

Fanny is alone in 1921 and dies in 1934 age 85 J.
