Help confirming address

Hi all.
Anyone have any advice on trying to confirm someones address in 1940? I have an address of 4 bankside cottages, concrete Milltown, Dublin for Ann/Annie Murphy. All other records for this lady before and after are in London where she was from. Her spouse was from this area of Dublin however, but he was in London in 1940.
She had 3 children that I suspect ended up in someone else's care as it seems she had issues with alcoholism and homelessness. I really want to locate the children and the address may help to narrow down the search to Dublin or London?
Annie Murphy died in 1974 in St.Marylebone in London, probably buried by the council would also love any pointers on a burial record/location?

was Murphy her birth name - or married name    - if her married name , do you know her maiden name ??

Yes her maiden name was Mars born 12.02.1910. They technically never married but she was using the name Murphy from circa 1935 right up until her death in 1974 even though she and her 'husband' were separated sometime between mid 1939 and mid 1940. There are some name variations too, I have seen her documented as Ann and Anita but in the main she used Annie.

My son has lived in Dublin for the last 30 years - Liverpool born
he has just messaged me that 14 Bankside Cottages ,Milltown still exists - he drives that way every workday dropping his work mates off

It's actually 4 bankside but that still exists too ☺️ I have found estate agents photos of it for sale. I'd go for a viewing of walls could talk 😉🤣

I have asked my son to see if he can find out who lived there in 1940 - I will tell him it is 4 - not 14

In 1990 a developer applied for permission to demolish 3 and 4 both derelict but permission was refused. That's the only mention I could find in the newspapers.
