There won't be a "marriage certificate" for the 1831 marriage -- it was before Registration started in 1837.
You should be able to find the entry in the Church Marriage register which will probably give the father's names.
For the 1864 marriage, there will be an entry in the Church Register and a Marriage Certificate --which will give identical information as one is a copy of the other. Again you should get the father's names.
The Mother's name was never asked for or entered on a marriage certificate or in Church registers.
