Elizabeth Maud Shaw - Matthew Otter - Jersey CI deportees WW2

HI, I am looking to solve a problem in my family tree.

Maud is my wife's great aunt, she is from the Otter family,
My problem is to correctly assign Maud to the correct spouse by identifying Matthew Otter's parents,  does anyone know whether his mother was Lucy Chapman or Priscilla Joynson?

Some dates would be helpful.  When and where was Maud born?  Equally when and where was Matthew born?

You mention Jersey but don't give any indication as to whether Maud and Matthew were born there.

The dates and places would give searchers a starting point to try and identify the correct people.

Matthew Otter born 11th September 1890. Baptised 1st October 1890 St Thomas, Penkhull, Staffs.
Parents: Matthew and Lucy Ann Otter, 3 East Street.

Matthew snr was a blacksmiths striker.

Looks as though it is just the two children.  Possibly Matthew was in the 1st world war hence the gap between Fred and Maud.
