Hi, I am looking for some help with interpreting a record, or any expertise in this area.

As the title suggests, this is a register for children under 14, but the person that I am looking at appears to be over 16 in four different records at this institution. It also appears as if he is the only one in this age bracket. Would it be common for this to happen?

I am looking for a potential ancestor by this same name, but I think that if he is 16, he would be too old to be who I am looking for. Help appreciated.

Robert Weaver, no idea where he was born. I know that he married in Spitalfields in 1810 and had his first child in 1811. So estimated age of who I am looking for is 1790 I would guess. Listed as father to my 3 x Great Grandfather Henry in 1826. No tangible birth records, so I found this record quite interesting.
