Johannes Fletton & Annae Rooding

Hi,

I wondered if any experts out there could help me go further back on my family tree. I am looking for any information on my 7 x Great Grandparents Johannes Fletton and Annae Rooding.

All I have is they married 02 October 1711 in Great Gidding, Huntingdonshire, England and had the following children:

•   Johannes Fletton 1712 in Great Gidding, Huntingdonshire, England
•   Wilhelmus Fletton born 1714 in Great Gidding, Huntingdonshire, England
•   John Fletton born 1715 in Great Gidding, Huntingdonshire, England
•   Thomas Fletton born 1718 in Great Gidding, Huntingdonshire, England
•   Ann Fletton born 1722 in Great Gidding, Huntingdonshire, England
•   Mary Fletton born 1727 in Great Gidding, Huntingdonshire, England
•   Sarah Fletton born 1729 in Great Gidding, Huntingdonshire, England

Nothing found re baptisms but the following burials

Ann Fletton 11 February 1735 Great Gidding wife of John

John Fletton Labourer 2 February 1750 Great Gidding. Notes: described as Senior

just a guess - there is a marriage of a
Edward Rooding to a Rose Troud in Buckworth ,Huntingdonshire - 6 miles from Great Gidding

so married 1692 and Annae married 1711( 6 miles away) -  if she was born 1693 it would make her 18 at her marriage - but as I say - just a stab in the dark - the only Rooding marriage I could find in that area for the time frame

Just to be aware that the names Johannes and Annae were the latin versions of their first names - John & Anne.  Day to day they would have been known as John and Anne.  In the church names were Latinised on birth and marriage certificates.
