Latin handwriting on baptismal record
« on: Saturday 18 November 23 18:56 GMT (UK) »
Hello, I'm seeking help in interpreting handwriting in Latin on a Catholic baptismal record.  Does anyone here have suggestions?  Specifically, the handwritten words following "natum."  Thank you!

Welcome to RootsChat!

The phrase appears to be natam viginti abhinc annis - born twenty years ago.

(The delay in your post appearing is because new members have their first few posts moderated, and this can sometimes take a few days. But don't let it put you off - it won't happen for long, and there are lots of knowledgeable people here, all ready to lend a hand.)

Wow, that is amazing that you could interpret that for me.  I had been studying many resources on line but was stumped.  Thank you also for the encouraging words about being new to RootsChat.  I feel much better now.   :)
