Cannot read occupation

Can anyone decipher this occupation? My Relative was in service for this family and I can see he was a farmer..but can't read who he employed and how many acres.

It's Johnathon Grant, 1861, Wilcott RG9/307 pg13

NB - it's piece RG9/1307 (not 307), and it is Wilcott in Wiltshire.

I read it as 30 men 12 Boys 9 Wo [presumably Women]
The next line has Farm then what looks like its acreage: 753.3.17 (acres.roods.perches, I think)
