Janev from Planiniza, Bulgaria

Looking for information on the Janev family from Planiniza, Bulgaria.
 We Know that Vlado Georgeov Janev born 26 Nov 1927 Planiniza, Bulgaria died Nov 2006 Geelong Victoria. Vlado ended up in Victoria Australia after WW 2.

So far only found his grave on Billiongraves which you no doubt already have. No luck yet with birth  and can't anywhere called Planiniza. It must be very small! I wonder if his full first name is Vladimir?

Edit: Have now found this

Which shows various spellings of Planiniza and that is in Oblast Burgas, which may help in narrowing down where to look for records.

This https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planinitsa,_Burgas_Province shows that it is in the Ruen Municipality.

Further to above there seems to be 2 places called Planinitsa  One in Pernik Oblast (45 Km SW of Sofia) http://www.maplandia.com/bulgaria/pernik/planinitsa/ , one in Burgas (in South Eastern Bulgaria, population of 18) http://www.maplandia.com/bulgaria/burgas/planinitsa/.
