Unfortunately a South Australian marriage certificate probably won't have the bride's mother's name recorded.
https://www.jaunay.com/bdm.htmlI see that Pauline died at her son's residence 23 Dunrobin Rd, Brighton. He was Esmond Burton (Jack/Jonnie) CLOUGH. A sister Monica died in 1952. It looks like Monica was born in 1891 and Esmond Burton possibly in 1895 (as Jack Burton CLOUGH), so both before they were married? Did John CLOUGH die in 1896?
Esmond Burton CLOUGH WWI record has his mother as next of kin "Polly".
Modified to add:
Another son Desmond Kingsley CLOUGH born 1894 (his WWI enlistment has smae address, and mother "P L CLOUGH".
Also Juanita Ruth CLOUGH (1889) is described as the 2nd daughter of the late John CLOUGH on her death in 1929 (as Juanita Ruth KERR).
https://trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/article/87463709So presumably all these births in SA to John CLOUGH are the same family:
1885 Lenore
1886 Norman
1889 Juanita Ruth Lelliott
1891 Monica Lesley
1894 Desmond Kingsley
1895 Jack Burton
