I'm in search. for any information for 
1900 Elizabeth smart
1904 Arthur R smart
1905 Walter smart
1908 Reginald smart
 their parent is. Mary Lola born as McKay.
Arthur smart he dies on 18 dec 1926 maybe he father.  Manly Smart not sure its information i have found.
 I'm not.getting any luck on any information on kids

1900  Elizabeth I SMART  parents Arthur and Lola  (Manly)
1904  Arthur R SMART  parents Arthur and Mary (Manly)

To get the actual birth date you will need to purchase the birth certificates.

Elizabeth Isabel Ivy Dell Manly Smart daughter of Arthur and Lola died 1921 (December) born circa 1901

Father Arthur died 1926. There was a workers compensation claim on his death to Lola SMART.

Actually, with NSW birth registrations you can work out the birth date from the Index through trial and error - narrowing down the date.
