Missing children of Edward Larvin and Ada Ellen Pennington

According to the 1911 Census, Edward Larvin (1875-1943) and his wife Ada Ellen “Edith” Pennington (1878-1928) had six children by then, with three dead.

The couple married 17 July 1897 in the Dewsbury area.

I have found the birth records for 4 of their children (Edward Leo Pennington 1896-1954, James William Larvin 1899-1920, both registered at birth in Dewsbury, and John Frederick Larvin who died in infancy in 1907 and Lilian Winifred Larvin 1909-1958, both registered at birth in Wakefield) but have not been able to find the names and birthdates for two of their children that evidently died sometime before the 1911 Census.

Can anyone help identify their two unknown children?

Married 1917??  Think you mean 1897 so if Edward was b 1896 he was illegitimate.  No mmn on birth reg

Sorry, yes they married in 1897. I have checked GRO but have not been able to track down their two missing children.

Trying to check the gap 1899-1907, using "non-exact" matches on both surnames I find the search also retrieves all entries for "Larvin etc." without a mmn.  Is it supposed to do that?

Marriage was 1897 so unlikely to be the same family

Ada Ellen Pennington was born 1878 so was very young when the children were born
