1891 Census look up

Could some one please look up a John Hardidge coalminer killed in the Albion Mining disaster in 1894.
He was then aged 25, address: 21 William Street, Cilfynydd.
I can find no information about him at all.

Hardidge is a well known miss spelling of my family name Hardwidge, but this man is not my Grandfather or Great Grandfather John Hardwidge living in Ferndale in 1891, as they both lived into the 20th Century.

Any information would be gratefully received.
Thanks

Could you possibly look him up on the 1881 census please, as efforts to do this on Ancestry.com have failed.
Then I may know who his parents are.

Thanks

I tried with the 1881 and even had a go with just John Glamorgan, but there were 4,158 of them in the time span!
I went back to the 1871 in case John was born in time for the census. I only found one family of Hariges in Glamorgan and that was Eglwysilan. Sad to say the parents of that family were born in Somerset, so didn't think they were a match

Somerset would fit just right, as that is where all my family come from.
Only my Father and Grandfather were born in Glamorgan.

One of my Great Grandfathers uncles born in Somerset completely changed his name to Hardage and lived in Cardiff, but I don't think he had a son called John.

Thanks

Hi

Thanks a lot but that is my Great Great Grandfather and family, minus my Great Grandfather who had already married.

So the John Hardidge who died in the mining disaster is still a mystery.

Thanks a lot.
