Journeyman = fully qualified, having served his apprenticeship.

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!

Many thanks for the explanations about a journeyman. I was aware of the term but did not know it's meaning. That's very helpful.
