Royal artillery

My 3x great grandad served in the Royal artillery. He was born in 1877 in Knaresborough Yorkshire, and he signed up in 1897. His service number was R.a/21794. Any information greatly appreciated.

Just military. I've traced quite far back already. I was unable to find any results on find my Past.
