I have been fortunate these past few days where members of this group have given me information that has come from inquests, how do I find these myself?

Also, if you have a FindMyPast account some of the newspaper pages are free to view.

Important to consider that not all UK newspapers are online. Also, always confirm if particular yearly coverage is available for the newspapers you're checking.

For example:

Online coverage for the Liverpool Mail is only 1836-1880.

If you go to the BNA website there is an Explore Publications drop-down menu, which is very helpful.
It lists all the newspapers the BNA has with each title's yearly coverage.

Someone has got back to me today regarding the original post with a newspaper entry that almost fits the bill just slight spelling of the surname difference to that on the death cert.

Thank you for your help
