I think this is in Latin, but I can recognise some bits and bobs....
Any help appreciated, I have just put the first three sections here.

Bronwen, I think the extracts you have posted are from a different will. Based on the text in the first attached pdf the will is that of one Sir William Langeford.
The Margaret de Courtenay will is on TNA here:

I also managed to find it on Australian Ancestry under the name
Margareta Corendy
, indexed under a probate date of 1 April 1411.
Unfortunately the right will is all in Latin. It would have been much easier to do the Langeford will. It begins in Latin but is mostly English.
