Census shows the family were living there from 1841.

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:M73K-Z7Y

That was Isaac Dixon born 1797 and Hannah Middleton married 10 December 1836 St Johns Beckermet.  Isaac died 8 th June 1877 buried Haile Churchyard.  Hannah had died 25 March 1861 (aged 52 years)

In 1841 the father of Isaac Dixon (1770) and mother Elizabeth Hellon (1776) were in Haile at a different address.

The father Isaac Dixon died 7 th April  1843 (aged 73 years ) buried Haile Churchyard.
Elizabeth (Betty) aged 74 years  died 7 October 1850 buried Haile Churchyard.

As per Memorial Inscription for Haile Church

The previous generation Isaac Dixon of Wilton died 13 July 1810 (aged 68 years) Elizabeth his wife died 9 October 1810

Just a minor point: the Town End identified in reply #5 is a different Town End from the one linked in reply #7, with the latter being the correct one, of course.
