.inftree files
« on: Sunday 21 July 24 23:30 BST (UK) »
Hi all,
I am new to this forum and am hoping someone can help me.
I have picked up some files with an extension of .inftree from my late Step-Father-In-Law.  I believe they contain Family Tree information, but I am really struggling to find how to open these files.
I have googled, but there are no results that help.

Does anyone out there know which software produces these files and how I might open them ?

Thanks in advance....

An INF file is an information file regarding set up. What you possibly have there are set up files for some family tree software. INF files don’t contain retrievable data, they are purely functional in terms of how a thing works. Hope that helps.
