You do not inherit your half sister's (or any siblings' DNA) but you and your half sister would both inherit DNA from your father.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

You do not inherit any DNA from a Sibling or Half Sibling.

You inherit an equal amount of DNA from each of your parents.

The half you receive from your Father will be random, your Half Sibling’s inherited DNA will also be random.

Look up the DNA process called Recombination if you want to learn more about DNA inheritance.
