I cancelled Pro Tools so it would elapse, which it did three weeks ago.

I then needed to add some information into a Presentation that I am doing so signed up again to Pro Tools literary today.

Stop and Start it as you want.

Back to topic.

I uploaded my Ancestry DNA to My Heritage and got a few good matches, with two being 1/2 Siblings to each other and First Cousins to my highest match on Ancestry.

I took a My Heritage DNA test, just to see how it compared and yes quite a difference.

My Wife also took a DNA test with My Heritage and had little success with matches, then her test vanished and My Heritage claimed that we deleted it, which I know we did not, they were far from helpful.

Hence do take care if you go the My Heritage route.

Do you (or any one please) know a UK phone number for My Heritage? I had one but it now says number not recognised.  ::)

I don't  think they have a listed  phone number anymore, well not for the UK, or here in Aus either where I am . There  isn't  any on their site that I can find, but If you google  " My Heritage phone number UK"  -  there is one listed for the UK, but most of  the sites that list  it are old and probably out  of date, it maybe the same number you have (?).

https://www.gouldgenealogy.com/2018/12/how-do-i-contact-myheritage/

If the above old listed phone number doesn't  work, the only means I personally can see to  talk to them on the phone is by going to their  "help centre" pages and requesting  a  call back..
To get  to the "request a phone call back" page pick  a problem on their help pages ( you may have to be logged into your account, free account  or full sub member ( I have a free account with them):

" Please select the topic you need help with
Choose a category
Sales
Billing & Charges
Customer Support
DNA & Health Support
Privacy
Business and partnership inquiries"

Press one of those above topics/buttons, for example I pressed DNA & Health  Support button ,
Then I got this below:

" DNA & Health Support
What do you need help with?
Tracking my MyHeritage DNA kit order
Activating my MyHeritage DNA kit
Shipping my MyHeritage DNA sample to the MyHeritage lab
Tracking the status of my DNA sample at the MyHeritage lab
Managing DNA kits
Getting help with my DNA results"
quote

I then chose the "managing DNA  kits" button above option
Then I got  this:

"Managing DNA kits
We've lined up a list of relevant articles for you on this topic.
How can I transfer the DNA manager rights of my MyHeritage DNA kit to someone else?

How can I manage several DNA kits?
How do I assign a DNA kit to someone else?
I activated someone else’s DNA kit. How can they view their results?

More answers
You can try to resolve the issue yourself by following the instructions in one of the articles above. However, if you still need help, please click “Continue” to contact us.
Continue "

Press the  red continue button  on their page, you'll  then  have a choice of three options,
Virtual assistant, or email, or request a phone call back.
Hopefully  they will call you back . It seems we are at their  mercy if we want to speak to a human on a phone "Dont call us ,we'll  call you"  type of thing. ::)

The other  thing you could try if you have Facebook, go to their Facebook page and try and contact  one of their administrators  to see if they will give  you a  UK phone number.

Kind regards
