Great Grandad burial location?
« on: Monday 02 September 24 17:15 BST (UK) »
Hi
I have managed to locate all my great grandparents burial locations except for one.
His name was Fredrick Newlove b. 1872 Thwing d. 1940 Hull.
I have searched the newspaper archives to see if there was an announcement but still am unable to see anything and also searched the burial records of Northern cemetery where his wife was later buried but he’s not showing up as being buried in there. Does anyone have any ideas where to look next?

1939 he was living at 87 Flinton Street, Hull.

Is there a graveyard or burial grounds near there?.

Hi
Yes Division Road cemetery was located close by but this was cleared and is now a field. I cannot seem to find the burial records for this online.
Thank you

Googling says that Division Road was a burial ground for Holy Trinity so maybe you need to be checking those records

Unfortunately I can’t see the burial records for Holy Trinity online, so hopefully the library will be able to help me.

Did he live a Will that might show a burial request?

One of my gt.aunts died in Somerset but in her Will requested that her ashes be placed in her mother's grave in Kent.

No unfortunately the only information I have found is his name in the death index in 1940.
Thanks
