Assault and Robbery
Defendant did at Carrautubher? in this county on the 8th February 1896, unlawfully assault one Patrick Mahon and did then unlawfully and feloniously steal a sum of money from off the person of the said Patrick Mahon - to wit - three pounds seven shillings and sixpence sterling.
