Hoping someone can help with a couple of words please in a 1784 will for Ann WAITE widow of Matthew WAITE of Fulham.

The image attached is for the codicil and the unidentified words are the ?? below.

I give and bequeath unto John and Charles Aubry the two sons of John Peter Aubry and Elizabeth his wife the ?? of my late dear husband...

The same word appears below that

I give and bequeath unto Matthew Waite the son of Ann Waite the ?? of my late dear husband...

The missing word is Niece.
