Where was  William FULLER in 1881 ?

I presume  Edward Fleming FULLER 1891 was born after census tho 1911 census has him aged 22

Margaret Agnes Fleming Fuller married John Henry Phillips 1894, they divorced 1904 petition filed 1902. Cruelty by husband, uncontested.

A Thomas O Sullivan is mentioned and in 1911 she is Margaret O"Sullivan states married 7 years 1 child. No husband present, with a daughter Mary Ellen Theresa O'Sullivan reg. 1906 Isle of Wight. The daughter marries her first cousin Thomas Fleming Kiell son of Margaret' sister Caroline who married Robert Frazer Keill 1901.
