I think I have found Maria Catherine Elizabeth Campbell (Eliza) on the 1861 Census living with father Donald, mother Marie (their names have been abbreviated) and sisters Lillias and Emma in Kingston, Ontario. I can't read Donald's occupation. Anyone?

Marriner

With double r? I thought it could be Master senr (senior)?

That's because I have found a possible Donald Campbell in the 1891 England and Wales Census in Liscard, Birkenhead, Cheshire, widowed, born in Scotland, c. 1824, occupation Harbour Master disabled. He died there in 1896.

Can you read his wife's Place of Birth?

Place of birth. That’s difficult.

I see something like “No Brunds”

Is that North something?

The person who has transcribed the entry on FS wrote 'North Brands', but I have no idea if this is a real place.

If she was Canadian, New Brunswick makes sense. I haven't found any marriage records for Donald McLean Campbell yet, and no sign of them in the 1871 Canada Census so far. If he was a mariner, he could be overseas, but his wife and daughters would be around . Lillias isn't a very common name.
