A copy of the birth certificate for £3. is the least expensive and you will get the name of his mother and father.

Thank you! Where am I able to purchase this?

On her marriage, Sarah's father is listed as Thomas Conless, engineer. There's no obvious family members as witnesses

She's not easy to find. There's some Conles and similar spellings born Ireland, so maybe she's actually from there?

Hello Mabel!

Thank you for your comment. Yes I did think she could’ve been born in Ireland, simply because of the surname.

On the 1901 census it says that she was born in England apparently…I haven’t seen the original. This is is just what it says on familysearch

Her occupation was ‘chemical work’ and they where living at ‘Juniper street’

I’ll have to keep digging  :)

Also if she is the Sarah ‘Heskett’ that comes up on the ancestry hints that died 1905…it seems that it was a catholic burial

She certainly is not easy to find pre 1881. Did notice a small change in 1901 census she is Sarah A Hesketh
