Yes - and with his prior experience in the glass industry - he could display his work in glass covers!

Such a huge difference between his jobs.

John Darley certainly didn't know what trade he wanted to be in.
In regard to his step son George I'm cursing the women in the family, too often they seem to have illegitimate children or pick the wrong type of man first time round then marry a second time and merge two families.
I do wonder if George knew who his real father was, if he can't be traced in the local archives then dna might solve it but as yet I have no matches that link to an unknown person who could be his father.
