Found a second:- William Russell Hood, Gardener, Religion C. E. [C of E ?], from the Parish of St Margaret, claiming to be born 1868, admitted to St George's Union Workhouse, London, on 10th November 1885.

Next image says S (single), and notes destitute (as it does for most of them)

Discharge was on 13 November 1885, although ancestry have mistakenly indexed him as 7 years old.
William R. Hood
Discharge Age 7

The religious creed register 1882-86 is also on ancestry
W Russell Hood, 17, admitted from St. Margaret, creed Church of England

No other useful info in the creed register, but the next image shows that there were no further admissions for him in that period.

Another similar record indexed as Russell Hood Wm.
