Marriage Leeds/Bradford
« on: Friday 16 September 05 11:50 BST (UK) »
I am having great difficulty in finding a marriage. I wonder if someone could help. I think the marriage is about 1870 in Leeds but possibly Bradford between Joseph Cossins (born 1845 York) and Mary Harrison (born 1850 Sutton under Whitestonecliffe). I think the marriage is in Leeds as they were resident in Leeds in the 1871 census and their first child is 3 months old at that census. I'd be most gratefull ???

Hi Reginald

Sorry we haven't been able to help you so far on this one.  I am doing a bit of housekeeping work on this board and wondered if you have made any progress, or do you have any further details that could help someone to find what you are looking for?

If you are no longer looking for this information please let me know and I will then move it to the completed section.  Thanks.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Best wishes

Ticker

Hi Ticker
Thanks for that info. I'm still having no luck. The name I'm looking for is COSSINS however it could be spelt COUSINS/CUSSONS or other Variants. These are my Greatgrandparents and the female name is Harrison.
I might have to resign myself to the fact that they may never have married.
