For the last several years, I have been researching my butcher ancestors in Guernsey. In the process, I have amassed a lot of information on other butchers' families - who all crop up in the same records, and many of whom are interlinked by marriage.

Many of them emigrated from the south coast of England, particularly Devon, Somerset & Dorset.
