A softback edition of this book is available from the Scottish Genealogy Society for the modest sum of £4 (plus postage):
http://shop.scotsgenealogy.com/cgi-bin/sh000001.pl?REFPAGE=http%3a%2f%2fshop.scotsgenealogy.com%2facatalog%2fshop.html&WD=argyle&PN=Argyllshire_-_Miscellaneous_Censuses.html%23a1378#a1378
ISBN is 0 902054 12 0

Rather that deprive the society of funds by doing lookups for free, why not buy a copy, it's hardly a great sum, indeed amazing value for 313 pages!

Am I right in thinking that this 1792 census only included Campbeltown and Kintyre ?

Campbeltown is part of Kintyre. The survey covers only that part of Kintyre that was the property of the Duke. The parishes covered are Kilcolmkill, Kilblaan, Kilkivan, Kilkerran, Kilmichael, Kilchousland, Kilkenzie, Killean and Carradale. Note that Kilcolmkill and Kilblaan form the parish of Southend; Kilkivan, Kilkerran, Kilmichael and Kilchousland form the parish of Campbeltown; and Carradale is part of Saddell & Skipness parish.
