1901 Census lookup

I'm looking for some information on a Florence Prior she had 2 children prior to her marriage to William Potter they were William and Edward.  I would assume that maybe Prior was her married name?

She then married William Potter around 1903 and had (Children from this marriage), Kate born 1904 (Welwyn Garden City), Charles, Alice, Florence (Cookie), Nelson,  Edie, Napoleon (Joey),
Jack

Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

Do you have an idea of when and where she was born? This would narrow the search.

May have been Colchester?  Not 100%, having toubles with this one.

Not having much luck with Florence from Colchester- only found 3:

Edith Florence Prior  b Sep 1883 (4a/433)

Emily Florence Prior  b Dec 1880 (4a/404)  d Mar 1881 (4a/229)

Florence Kate Prior   b Dec 1881 (4a/430)  m Jun 1903 (4a/1199)

(all references are for Colchester)

1n 1901:

Florence K was living with parents (George and Emily PRIOR) and siblings at 30 Lucas Road, Colchester

Edith was living with father (William PRIER) and siblings at 7 Portland Road, Colchester


Neither Florence K nor Edith had sons living with them.  However, if the sons were born after the census on 31 March 1901 either of them could be the one you want.


I had a quick look at marriages for 1903 - several William Potters but no match to Florence. - how exact is 1903?


The search goes on!

Not too sure of exact year - Kate was born in 1904 is all I know for sure.  William and Florence could have married earlier or later. 

I don't have any living relatives (that I know of) that can verify any of the details.
