This is probably your Thomas in 1861 (given that we know he has a brother Joseph who is about 15 yrs younger from the 1891 census I posted on your message titled Birth - Thomas H Brew)

The parents might be Thomas Kaighin and Margaret Camaish married in Andreas on 21 Dec 1839 (source: IGI online). There are some matching birth entries on the IGI online for the some of the children listed above but it appears that the Ramsey parish registers didn't include the mother's maiden name so this will be hard to confirm without resorting to wills and burial records.
Also given that Thomas snrs mother is with them in 1861 it seems likely that he is Thomas christened 25 FEB 1823 in Ramsey to THOMAS KAIGHIN and CATHARINE GAWNE who married on 13 JUL 1819 in Maughold. That's a long line of Thomases. 2 more children to T K and C G on IGI online (John & William).
